Arrival Information

Our welcome centers are located in different areas surrounding the Walt Disney World Resort. Guests will be provided with driving directions from all major airports and roads to the welcome center that is closest to their home or townhome one week before their arrival date. Whenever possible, we will provide guests with a keyless entry code to their home, as well as driving directions to their home, eliminating the extra stop at the welcome center.
