Hi Erin,

Just to say we have now checked out of 4501. Key is in lock box.
As per Instruction Book:
All bins are emptied;
I have stripped pillowcases and sheets off beds that we used and started first load in washing machine;
Towels used are in bundles in bathrooms;
Dishwasher has been put on on.

We've had a great time. Bella Vida/4501 is lovely and we hope to come again, so hopefully we shall 'speak' again soon!

My family and I spent Memorial Weekend in one of your homes. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and the atmosphere. The home was really great and accommodated us well. I have really bragged about this home so much that all my co-workers(educators) and friends as well as church members are dying to visit. Could you possibly send me several fliers/brochures? My entire extend family plan on coming next year and getting at least two homes if not three. Thanks for having such a wonderful place.

To whom it may concern -

I just wanted to let you know how wonderful Erin is. We rented one of your vacation homes back in April. We were put in a three bedroom home (it was actually four bedroom but the fourth bedroom was an office). I was under the impression that a three bedroom home slept 6-8 people. We had eight people and I assumed there would be a sofa sleeper. We arrived at our home around 10:00 pm. there was three bedrooms; one queen bed (or it might have been regular), one regular bed, and two twin beds upstairs. However, the sofa did not have a sleeper in it. Most of the lights did not work in the bedrooms and we even tried to plug in a lamp from another room and the outlet still didn't work. We also only had five bath towels total and i thought we would have at least eight. We called the phone number i received from Erin (which was a week day number) around 11:00 pm. I left a message thinking that i would not receive a phone call back until monday. I was wrong; five minutes later erin returned my phone call. She was very apologetic and concerned. She move us into another home just a couple blocks away with five bedrooms, lots of beds, most of the lights worked, and a large amount of towels. The only problem we had was a churping noise from the smoke alarm. We then called the next day and Erin sent out a maintainance person who changed the battery in the smoke alarm and all of our problems were gone. Erin was extremely wonderful in getting us satisfied and we are very pleased with the home we rented. I will be referring this company to anyone i know who is going to Disney World. Thanks a lot.

Hi Erin,

I just wanted to send you a Thank you. The Homes were very nice we had a great time in Orlando. I hope we did as we had to do according to the list left for us.. We were not aware we had to take trash bags so we tried to find as much bags as possible to put everything in. Sorry. But besides that we ALL loved it.
